Location is a plus as it's in the heart of the city. The room was clean, and the customer service is good as well. And most importantly, the price is affordable considering the service and the room that they provide. JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La

strategic location, only a few steps to HKU MTR station, cake shop in front of hotel, many restaurants and mini market around the hotel.. the service is great, stay here for a week and for sure will come back to stay here if we're going to HongKong again.
