The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful to me and my family, especially when my husband and son left their passports behind, the staff was very patient in helping to call the airport so that the passports could be returned, the hotel facilities are also quite helpful because there is a dispenser, microwave, refrigerator even though the room is small but clean and my room was cleaned there are valuables in the room are safe, located in the chunking mansion area which is a shopping area, so it's easy to find anything, there are also many halal foods in Indian restaurants, close to the center of the crowd, and close to the Islamic Center Kowloon Mosque, it is very pleasant to stay at this hotel.

Before going, we read the reviews until the mind fell But once it's gone, it's not that bad. Overall is considered good at this price. The room is clean, bathroom is clean. There is a daily cleaning, changing clothes and sweeping the floor. As for the size and narrowness, I understand the nature of Hong Kong. In total, this price is possible. Not as bad as you said 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting. What really stood out to me, though, was the attentiveness and approachability of the owner and the staff. They were always just a message away and were more than happy to assist with any questions or requests. I was particularly grateful for their willingness to provide guidance on getting around the area, which made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. One thing that truly surprised me was the exceptional level of service when I found myself in need of laundry services. Not only did the hotel offer this amenity, but they actually went above and beyond by offering to wash my clothes for free. This act of kindness truly warmed my heart and exemplified the genuine care and hospitality that the owner and staff have for their guests.
