We stayed 5 nights here after moving from another hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is huge with a bathtub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. While we were waiting for my friend and her family to come down, the staff gave my daughter a Christmas sock with a bell and chocolates inside. It is necessary to walk 10 minutes to subway stations, but it's okay, we enjoyed the walk. The location is at a quieter side compared to other hotels. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and families. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

We got to spend our Hong Kong’s last night trip in the amazing W Hong Kong. We got upgraded to Cool Corner Room and offered with extra bed, big shout out to René! We were also given a welcome amenity given by the Welcome Experience Team - René, Pearl, Karis & Gordon, we are so touched by this.. Feels like home ^^ Also to mention Chelsea for the speedy check-in service and taking us to our room. And to Henry who ensured our check out process smoothly. Best stay in HK by far. From super friendly staff to an amazing location, to paying attention to the tiniest details, has made it a perfect spot for spending our NYE vacation at this hotel. A clear view of the harbor made us enjoy the fireworks show at the comfort of our suite with magical views. The minibar is rich and free to use, free guides let you know which local food you need to try, and of course, breakfast at the amazing "Above and Beyond" Michelin Star Restaurant with an amazing view. Pearl Premium Guest House

Had a great stay at this property. Location is very accessible. Airport Express shuttle bus stops right in front of this hotel, making it easier to travel to and from the airport even with big luggages. Staff Rahul is very helpful. They allowed us to check in early without any charge. They clean the room everyday, too! Free use of their water dispenser and microwave by the lobby. Thank you Traveloka for the best deal! 🤩

Very recommended hotel. Perfect location and CBD area. MasyaAllah dan alhamdulillah kita dapat hotel yang lokasinya benar-benar perfect ke mana-mana dan dekat dengan train station, busway every second minute will passed in front of you, juga restoran di mana-mana. Perfect place to stay with your family and affordable price. All surrounding hotel convenient, 2 minutes walk to the I square, many supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The most important we found halal restaurant next door, level 1. I stay 7th days during Ragasa Typhoon and really safe hotel. Friendly staff too. Next time if we come back to Hongkong, we know where we have to go😇😘 Thanks for look after us.

The location near the olympic MTR statuon but quite far from Mongkok station. There’s MCD and local restaurant nearby. The room is fits for two people not more, bath room quite unique. I love the shuttle, it tooks us to mal and anykind of crowded around mongkok.
