Truly an amazing hotel. Service was perfect and space was clean and well maintained. No expenses spared for guests comfort and and beautiful experience. Food quality and tastes were world-class. Everything was perfect and amazing. Absolutely no complaints and all smiles and happy memories. We will certainly be back and highly encourage all to experience the best of the best!

It was excellent. The design was strong, the property was safe and clean. Perhaps less glamorous and refined than we normally expect of a St. Regis, but good. Whilst the staff is just slighty stuffier and less bilingual - this is HK - than other St. Regises, the design and intention to quality service shined.
