The hotel itself is quite outdated, but it was clean, the location is perfect (walking distance to Avenue of the Stars), and one thing we were really glad we did was to take the paid room upgrade to a suite! The standard room is quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong already, so of course the suite would be really spacious. It was old fashioned but again, was clean. With the room upgrade, we got early check-in, access to the exclusive lounge (it was wonderful! Snacks, massage chair, alcohols!), late check-out, and airport transfer. It was for sure worth the upgrade! Dennis at the Front Office was really helpful and great. We had an amazing stay!

Hotel with the best service. Very friendly and helpful staff since the beginning of our booking, when we had some problems with our reservation, we were given the best solution. We stayed 5 nights here after moving from another hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The toilet is huge with a bathtub. The staff are very helpful and friendly. While we were waiting for my friend and her family to come down, the staff gave my daughter a Christmas sock with a bell and chocolates inside. It is necessary to walk 10 minutes to subway stations, but it's okay, we enjoyed the walk. The location is at a quieter side compared to other hotels. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to friends and families. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. it was exactly at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui area. You can easily go around within walking area. Shangrila is the best. Have a pleasant stay here. Huge room, spacious bathroom, complete amenities including welcome fresh fruit on arrival. Generous drinking water available in room. Great breakfast, plenty of food and choices. All staff super friendly and helpful. Special thanks for housekeeping team, we really appreciate the cleanliness. Location was very strategic, a step out from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit door. We will definitely come back to Shangrila whenever we visit Hongkong in the future. I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone!

This is my third times to choose Bridal Tea House Hotel, it’s comfortably, really near MTR Yau Ma Tei station and Bus stop A21 and nearby famous restaurants, Public Park, Night Market,etc. The Room was clean. And all Staff are really nice and good English. You can leave your luggage when you already checkout until 6:00 pm. It’s free!! Suggestions: You should running out in the morning to Kowloon Park, Ferry Pier and Avenue of Star. It’s really nice.
