Check-in was frustratingly slow, requiring both our IDs and manually filling out a poorly photocopied form with the same information—something no other hotel has ever asked of us. We booked a premium room, but it was anything but: thick dust on surfaces, dirty hair dryer, fingerprints on the wallpaper, and unwashed coffee mugs. The towels smelled unpleasant, and despite a “sterile” label, the toilet seat still had water spots. The view? Awful. Ground floor with a view of scattered construction materials and junk. Reviews mention it’s “for future enjoyment,” but clearly nothing has improved for months. Checkout went smoothly, but beware: there’s a €15 fee if you leave after 10 a.m., which is a bit much for a place that can’t manage basic cleanliness. Would not recommend.

Nice place, clean, comfortable beds, warm, secured parking (15e). I didn't like checkout at 10 ( they charge 15e for extra hour) and 17 euros for breakfast is too much.

Smelly and old fashioned bathroom with all the taps leaking, a lot of calc and awful, worn towels, also smelly. Elevators felt not maintained properly (wobbly & one not working). Lobby & the room were nice (very comfy bed).
