Beautiful, cozy room with a perfect location and a great breakfast. Super helpful staff. Called me immediately when they found my lost Iwatch before I headed to the airport which was a lifesaver. Couldn't say enough good things about this hotel and staff.

In the beginning, there was confusion about the type of room I booked. The issue was solved in three days, and their staffs were responsive and helpful. I generally enjoyed my stay, especially the useful high quality body lotion that relieved my legs from travel tiredness.

The hotel was very well thought out and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The tea and coffee station 24/7 was a lovely touch. The room was very clean and the products were a lovely touch. I didn’t mind that there was no cleaning throughout the stay as the team made it very clear I could ask for anything else I needed. Lovely hotel and would definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Very friendly staff and incredibly accommodating after our flight was cancelled they went above and beyond to arrange a room for another night. They didn’t have to do this but made us feel very welcome and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
