Very cute hotel ; friendly staff; everything was very clean; and excellent buffet breakfast :)

Nicely decorated, super clean, great bathrooms. Loved the free laundry and breakfast was quite tasty with nice variety.

Kind staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice common area. My only issues was that a few nights of my stay, large trucks would be unloading out side at very odd hours affecting my sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfasts and 24 hour lobby refreshments were nice and provided a good place to gather and meet other guests. Would have been nice if closer to city center, but area was nice, safe, and had other hotels and places to eat. All in all a great value.

Muli hotel is in good location with limited service.

Very clean hotel with good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Only downside was having a room near building works within the hotel as they would often start at 8am. Luckily we had 2 early starts for trips so this didn’t affect us too much. It didn’t dampen the experience and we would definitely return to the hotel again!

Phillip at the front desk was super nice. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and Sonia was always helpful. Showers were clean and laundry room was always stocked.

This hotel is a little gem situated a 25 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds & pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all. The reception area had comfortable seating and beanbags if you just wanted to chill out for a bit. Hot drinks were free and if you wanted to bring your own food in you could sit in the restaurant area and use the microwave etc. The reception staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel is also in the perfect location for a lot of the trips/excursions as it is the last pick up & first drop off point. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was 50/50. Positive parts- Nice breakfast, main hotel areas were clean and tidy, staff are pleasant, access to hot drinks 24/7. Nice areas to relax if you didn't want to be confined to your room. Negative parts - Room size was a lot smaller then photos indicated, we had a room at the back of the hotel which was really noisy from the early hours of the morning due to lorry's and workman. The TV was internet based and signal was very poor. The hotel said it had parking but this was very limited.

They never sent me a code to open the door so we were unable to stay at the hotel. Very frustrating when you just come to a foreign country after a long flight and you are also pregnant. We tried getting in contact with the hotel using the phone number they provided, no answer. Good thing it was 3 pm and not dark, we decided to book a hotel across the street at the Hyatt. We should have just booked there in the first place. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

The hotel staff especially Filip was really good. He helped us in every step and was very patient and polite while we asked him so many questions. Very charming and also gave a sweetie to my daughter who was very happy.

This was perfect for our family of four (two adults, an 11yo and an 8yo). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, however it suited us just fine! Breakfast is amazing and truly an added bonus as a cost saver. Honestly, my 8yo said it was in her top favorite parts of the trip hahaha. Parking is easy, the hotel is quiet and the staff is personable. Laundry onsite was also a nice surprise, although you do have to be quick to get to it as it does get used frequently. Within walking distance are a couple of nice places to eat—Asian cuisine, burgers, and pizza just to name three of them.

The good: the breakfast was fantastic; parking was convenient; the beds were comfortable; hotel staff very kind; check-in and check-out very fast and easy The 'meh': not at walking distance from downtown (we had a car so we didn't care, but without it, it would've been inconvenient); it was a tad too hot in the room; no room service for stays up to 5 days - the say they're doing it for the environment, but they could at least sweep the floors with a broom (that's carbon neutral!)

Just a few mins from Sun Voyager and mall if needed. Great staff all around!

Was hesitant at first. Mentioned self check in and just park close. Surprised there was an attendant there. Asked for clarification on the parking. Felt much better after conversation
