Friendly staff — especially Philip (apologies if I got the name wrong), who did his best to fix our radiator. We’re grateful to him. A bit away from the city center but still a good location. Great value, clean and well-equipped, with a nice breakfast restaurant.

아주 훌륭한 숙소입니다 다만 처음 호텔 들어갈때 이메일을 못받아서 좀 당황했지만 전화 연락도 잘되고 큰 문제가 없었습니다.

The absolute best night and breakfast was amazing. Staff was super accommodating, we came in off a 9h flight and they checked us in early so we could take a nap.

Really clean and delightful space. They had a lounge in the reception area with free coffee and tea 24 hours.

We had a fantastic stay for 1 night at this hotel. There is free parking around the hotel and staff were very friendly. There is a free hot drinks machine and lots of places to sit in the lobby which we loved. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We actually left our passports in our room after checking out early (oops) and the hotel called us at 11am to inform us, we cannot thank them enough for this! Breakfast was decent but the hot food could have been a bit hotter. Would definitely stay again!

Fyra nätter med barn. Det rullade på jättebra. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra rum med sköna sängar (även om vissa av fötterna till sängarna kan behöva lagas). Något dåligt med garderobsutrymme. Hotellet ligger lite utanför staden, inte så lätt att gå hela vägen med barn. Passar bra om du gillar att gå eller bara blir upphämtad för olika turer. Passar även bra om man som vi hyr en bil. En eloge till Sonia som verkligen tog hand om frukostrummet, de mornar hon jobbade fungerade frukosten bättre.

The hotel is well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast doesn't have too many choices compares to other hotels I have been, but the food was good. In terms of location, it was a bit hidden but we drove so it was not bad. Limited parking space around the hotel, but the staffs were able to tell us where to park on the street. Do not expect any nice view from the room because the building is low and blocked by other buildings beside it. Overall, clean room & great value for the price! Thank you.

This hotel is a self service hotel, you pretty much have to do everything yourself. There was rarely anyone in the reception when we needed help with something, no room cleaning and the staff at breakfast was rude and unpleasant.

The staff here is far and above excellent, friendly and helpful, amazing isn’t enough. Great place to stay, especially if you’re renting a car, easy location to and from the main roads. We loved our room and felt very comfortable.

Free breakfast was good. No bar so the lounge area in reception was your option or going offsite. Was pretty warm in the hotel. Electrics for lights and power in the bedroom were iffy though.

Wow, this hotel had everything that I could need during my stay. We stayed at the deluxe room. It was spacious, had a couch and a mini fridge! The breakfast was fabulous, so many options from fresh veggies, fruits, yogurt, cereal, eggs, meats, bread, spreads, salads. They also have 3 different coffee machines and microwave available 24/7. And a laundry room! The staff was nice and helpful. Although there is not cover parking, there is plenty of free parking around the property. We never had a problem finding one.

This is an excellent hotel located in downtown Reykjavik. The breakfast and parking are included. For a hotel breakfast, it was really good. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and we were provided with proper number of towels and a resourceful book in our room with information for the hotel and surroundings. For a more budget friendly hotel, it was excellent. The door/lock did bother us slightly as it didn’t seem to close flush but there is a security key to actually enter the building after reception closes so that helped us feel safer. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the capital and be in close proximity to everything.

Chambre assez grande pour 3. Hôtel propre et personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner excellent ! Une bonne adresse pour 1 passage à Reykjavic !
