Excellent service from start to finish. Very comfortable room. Lovely pool. The breakfast is superb. We would stay again!

Service was rwally slow and frustrating , but the infrastructure was good .

Absolutely magical! I stayed here for 2 nights and only wish I could have stayed longer as hotel was amazing! From the entrance to the rooms everything was spotless and meticulously clean which I enjoyed. All of the staff were very helpful with any need that I had and room service was great. I will only stay here if/when I do return to Agra as it was wonderful! Highly recommend!

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had made an appointment weeks in advance for a spa treatment for 3 people but when we arrived the appointment was set for 2. They tried to tell me it was my fault until I showed them my text message with the spa. When we checked in we had a non smoking room and we were put in a smoking room but they told us it was non smoking. I had also made a reservation for 5 days (4 nights) I forgot to cancel and the hotel didn’t call me until the night of day 3 to ask me if I was coming. I understand that was my fault but the service was absolutely terrible. The staff that called me was rude and there was no attempt to help my situation. When checking out I was not given my 15% off food or spa services so I had to tell them to apply that. Our 2nd room had a flashing light all night causing one of my guests to have a headache. For all my trouble I was given an additional 5% off spa treatments. That’s it. It was a very angering situation.

Very nice hotel but unfortunately, it was excessively noisy due to weddings from 9pm to 2am, and therefore difficult to sleep. Not a convenient location, so it was not easy to access anything on foot. Also, although the buffets were extensive the food was extremely greasy and unhealthy.

Excellent stay, staff quite helpful. Wanted to know more of options for dining outside of the hotel, staff did not have enough information otherwise pleasant stay:)

Service is top notch

Very clean property. Staff very friendly. Hotel is located not too far from wedding garden. Hence can be noisy. On my last night music was extremely loud up until about 12 midnight and couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

This property exceeded our expectations in every possible way. It was reasonably priced even including the add on of a room upgrade and dinner. The service was incredible. During our breakfast just before check out five of the staff can by to wish us good luck for the rest of our trip with a couple of pieces of cake. The live counters at the dining room and food were wonderful. Can’t sing their praises enough. Very highly recommend.

The room was good, big, clean and comfortable but I’m not sure if there was some issue with the air-con? It controlled the temperature of the room but there was a strong smell in my room like white spirit or some car fumes. The hotel was in need of some renovation, the carpets in the hallways had a lot of patch repairs, decor was also dated and damaged in places. When I went to dine in the evening on my first night it seemed like there was a child’s party event going on so there was a lot of kids running around screaming and yelling so I decided to eat out. The area is very run down, a lot of pollution in the air, foul drainage smell outside was very prominent. And you get harassed by rickshaw drivers the second you leave the hotel, you say no and they follow you up the road.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, and I must say this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a Marriott property. We had three rooms booked, and each had issues that are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Our rooms had an unpleasant smell, were dirty, and had ripped carpets. On top of that, there was no concierge service, and when we did try to ask for assistance, the staff had little to no knowledge about anything we inquired about. I had specifically requested our daughter’s room to be decorated for her birthday, and despite confirming this request in advance, it wasn’t done until after I complained—this was extremely frustrating. As someone who stays at Marriott properties often (even on this trip, I stayed at three other Marriott hotels), I can confidently say that this particular property does not live up to the brand’s reputation. I will never stay at this hotel again. The only saving grace was the restaurant staff, who were genuinely caring and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the numerous shortcomings of the rest of the hotel.
