Room was good - clean, quiet- good shower pressure
Bkfast was good - similar to other 5 star hotels in India. The restaurant staff was exceptional. Overall our stay was good except for a glitch at the end but a major one - our bags had left the hotel with a tour bus & had reached Jaipur!! Sorting it out delayed us by 2-3 hrs but the staff helped to coordinate & the bags were delivered to us in Lucknow late night(which was our next destination) We did not create a scene & appreciated that the issue was resolved by the staff.
Would stay here again.
