I have arrived to the hotel at 3am to check in and i have all the booking details with all the document but they refuse to check me in as they couldn't fined my name in there system so after all I was really tiered and wanted to rest after 15 hours trip but tgey also didn't have any room to book for the night so i had to walk around for 2 hours to find another hotel to book a room for the night . So very bad experience.
