Hotel Stella Continental

The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant was also very nice and clean, I will most definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The rooms were nice and clean, any issues the hotel resolved. The staff were friendly and professional. This was second time we stayed and was not disappointed. The restaurant staff were so nice and made us feel welcomed. Food was spot on and delicious each time. Room service was nice too. Would stay here again.

I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . Not a single one labled so guests are having to open the flask lid and put thier nose to smell what the hot liquid is : Tea / Coffee / Hot Chocolate . Not very hygiene. Lack of breakfast items . On arrival i was shown to my suite which was clean ..i was shown to the room safe ...The first thing i did was i put passport in the safe and locked the safe ..To my horror i could not open the safe again - had to call reception . They sent a couple of guys who after 20 mins got it open ..but it meant i could not use the safe again .. I then tried the TV - again not working . Satellite box had to be changed twice ! Over 2 days.. I then ordered Masala Chai ! Which i thought was stale not fresh at all ..I ordered another cup ...again stale most likely pre made . By now i had to call reception and ask them to ensure my tea was fresh . Finally some effort was made and when my tea did arrive the room service guy bought tray load of food into my room - I said that food is nit mine !!!He replied yes i know .its for another room but iam just dropping your Tea on nthe way ...The thought that someone else 's food had been in my room and juggled about is very uncomfortable with me . Failure of Management

The rooms are very spacious and clean, lovely bathrooms,, staff are very friendly and the food is amazing , would definitely visit again

From the entrance staff to restaurant and cleaning staff, they were super and couldn’t do enough for you. No matter what I asked for or ordered from kitchen it was cooked to how I wanted it

Hotel is great and close to city’s shop good access to HWY. The restaurant service is pretty slow.

Nice, clean hotel. Like a previous review suggested, is a 3 star, but definitely like a 5 star. Very please and will book again.

Personal top / sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, Kissenbezüge dreckig. Das geht besser.
