My stay at Maiden’s Hotel in Delhi was truly memorable. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful right from the doorman to the front desk team especially Azajudeen, who made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast spread was wonderful- a lovely mix of North Indian, South Indian, and fresh pastries. The housekeeping team and room coordinator were exceptional, constantly checking in to ensure everything was comfortable and perfect. What I loved most about the property was its peaceful blend of heritage and nature amidst the city. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with peafowl and peacock wandering around. I even caught him dancing. Around the swimming pool, the trees are alive with birds: parrots, Indian mynas, eagles, along with the familiar crows and pigeons, while squirrels dart around the pathways. It felt like a serene green escape tucked inside bustling Delhi. A truly charming heritage stay made even better by the kindness and care of the staff.

The breakfast was incredible with a vast amount of choice. The pool area is charming being a haven away from the craziness the Delhi Streets. Levels of service or exemplary and the staff cannot do enough to help you

Our stay was brilliant. The kitchen staff were very helpful and took very good care of my son who suffers from a severe nuts allergy. The rooms were maintained and kept well. The staff were very friendly and polite and always offered to help us. Overall this hotel was fantastic and the service was phenomenal.

This is my favourite hotel in Delhi- it’s a little bit out of the way, but it’s set in a lush garden, with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are tastefully furnished, generous in size and comfortable. Great staff on top of all this.

A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions.
