Staffs at this property lacks basic decency and courtesy..in the name of hospitality they are rude and arrogant

It was quite and there was something serene about this property

The Management were very pedantic unlike the Management at Radisson Blue in Chennai who were very flexible with the Terms and Conditions in granting a refund due to my cancellation owing to family illness. Radisson Hyderabad would not grant a refund. Attitude and Customer Service is paramount at high end hotels.

Lovely spacious rooms. TV issues - remote control did not work, replacement TV did not load programs, sound could not be adjusted. Gave up on TV viewing!

Staff was not respectful of privacy. Hotel had guest data records visible out on the desk with full guest names and room numbers The lobby was beautiful though and the area was nice. Upon arrival, bathtub was dirty and the bathroom reeked of urine. After being informed, room service cleaned the toilet but not the bathtub. Excellent service at the Holy Basil restaurant/bar downstairs.

A nice, clean and beautiful hotel. Buffet is great too.

Amazing hotel

The room welcomes you to typical dampening smell which is really turn off. The lighting switches don't work properly, as in the master switch turns off the light in entire room and no option to control individual lights.

Manager Rajesh & his staff are very professional & caring. Highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our one week stay here from the USA. Will be back.

Slow room service; dirty rooms at checkin, multiple rooms on the same floor unavailable even after requesting ahead.

Very spacious Business Class rooms. Breakfast spread was excellent. Road to the hotel was not the greatest.

The breakfast staff member was excellent and provided me with a range of different Dosa options to try, which I particularly appreciated.

I’d highly recommend Radisson Blu if you are gong to stay at Hyderabad. The room was so spacious and clean with both shower and bathtub. The bed is very comfortable. The curtain is so good that covers all the sunlight for me to have a good sleep. They clean your room everyday. Staff are very friendly and always asking if you need anything. The food at the restaurants of this hotel are also very delicious. They have a nice quiet awning and a gym. Pool is not heated so quite cold around this time of the year.

Exceptional Stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills! Our stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills was unforgettable. The hospitality was unmatched—the staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating the needs of our one-year-old. They even prepared meals for him at 3 AM, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the buffet offerings for breakfast and lunch were outstanding. The variety of North and South Indian dishes was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful masala and Iranian chai. The spa experience was exceptional. Maria’s expertise in massage therapy was evident as she skillfully worked on my knots, leaving me completely refreshed. A highlight of our stay was meeting the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Sahney, who shared the inspiring history of the hotel, built on the site of their old home. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit even more special. Having traveled extensively across India and the USA, I can confidently say this was our best hotel experience. We would love to return every time we’re in Hyderabad. Radisson Blu Banjara Hills is a perfect blend of luxury, care, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!
