Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur

Terrible experience at Radisson Hotel. During the rain, water was leaking through the windows in Room 312—completely unacceptable. Instead of changing our room, they sent someone to just mop the water like it was normal. The room was a mess and clearly not maintained. We called reception three times for luggage assistance and no one showed up. Then, despite being told the night before that checkout was 1:30 PM, we got a call at 12:30 PM forcing us to leave early. No apology, no accountability, no effort to fix the situation. I expect a proper compensation. Avoid this place.

Extremely disappointing stay. Loud music continued until 1 AM despite repeated complaints, with no action taken. Midnight dinner was poorly managed, and the rice was undercooked. Staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming throughout. Strongly advise avoiding this property due to poor service, lack of accountability, and disregard for guest comfort.

Had some issues during my stay but front desk was able to resolve them fairly quickly. Staff are professional and punctual in solving issues. Special thanks to front desk manager Rohit for his assistance.

Overall, a good hotel. Close to the airport which was good for us, as we had an overnight halt before moving on to Naldhera. Rooms were clean, breakfast super, and staff good

Bed mattress and pillows were smelly and moist

I really liked the room, however, the AC appears to need servicing. While it did cool the space, it couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. Additionally, installing an exhaust fan in the washroom would be a great improvement

Staff was over vigilant to the people just like me were in shorts and tshirts and a lady at the front desk while our check out asked us to wait so that housekeeping can check if we consumed more then we claim that’s cheap

Booked two rooms over three months ago for a two day family break. Firstly, we were asked for passport and visa details upon checkin and were told the booking could not proceed without this. This left us frantically trying to retrieve these details for some period of time when an efficient hotel would’ve noticed the booking was international, and requested this information in advance. After receiving our keys and entering our rooms, it was frustrating to see the rooms given were Double Rooms despite the booking being for Twin Rooms and several emails in advance to the hotel attempting to ensure this request was fulfilled. Only after much persistence and a delay did the Front Office Manager act upon the request and correct the room types. My bed springs were damaged so I spent two night’s sleeping uncomfortably on one side. There were many mosquitos and I don’t believe the rooms were fumigated every evening. Room cleaning was okay but smaller towels were not replaced. I was told I was not allowed to bring in a mini speaker yet on the second night, there was loud music blaring at an in-house party until late. This baffled me and resulted in the whole family having disrupted sleep. We also played one friendly game of family cards in the restaurant only to be told cards were not allowed. I mean…seriously…what?! Breakfast was fairly limited but okay and staff were helpful. As a regular Radisson guest, I will never return to Radisson Zirakpur Chandigarh.
