Good, clean room with a huge and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean. Reception staff and security guys were really friendly - big shout-out to them. There’s a bar and restaurant in the building, and breakfast was excellent with a massive choice of both hot and cold food. Very easy to get to the airport (about 15 minutes) and to the main tourist attractions (around 40 minutes). An Uber to the town cost only £4.50 (March 2026).

Staff knowledge about few things made things terrible and specially with ordering food from outside. Amenities were nightmare - phone had issue, TV remote didn’t work, safe didn’t work and new safe stopped working while it got installed. Shift manager tried there best but ultimately it took first 3 hours to all things in order and food got cold before we could enjoy it.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, the bathroom had a foul smell, and basic amenities were missing. Fridge was. It working. Staff was unhelpful and slow to respond. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Overall hospitality was top class . Staffs were very friendly and supportive . They made sure customers needs are taken care off.However My suite was little old. There were severe scratches and spots on wooden floors . There were broken pot lights on ceilings . Washroom were super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable . View was awesome facing the highway.
