Sheraton Grand Palace Indore

We stayed here with our family, and overall it was a lovely experience. The staff took great care of us and were always eager to help whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast spread was nice, and the food was tasty throughout our stay. The only downside was the path from the lobby to the swimming pool, which seemed a bit old and not well maintained. Apart from that, everything else was awesome.

My stay at the Sheraton was a very positive and enjoyable experience. I would like to specifically recognize Mr. Gurpreet Sidhu F&B and Mr. Aman from the Front Desk team for their exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to guest service. Throughout my four-day stay, they consistently demonstrated a high level of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of my visit were handled efficiently and courteously. Their dedication to delivering excellent hospitality significantly enhanced my overall experience and reflects positively on the Sheraton brand. The food quality was consistently excellent, and the culinary team deserves recognition for maintaining high standards. While the property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, certain areas would benefit from renovation, maintenance, and general upgrades to better align with the expectations associated with a premium hotel experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and sincerely appreciate the efforts of the staff, particularly Gurpreet Sidhu and Aman, whose outstanding service made a meaningful difference during my visit.

The rooms were very clean and staff was very polite and helpful. Love the ambiance of the place.
