I've traveled all over the world and this is one of the best hotels I've spent time in. Kamlesh Tewari helped my wife and I with all the restaurants. The breakfast staff stood out every day and was excellent. We stayed in room 333 and Prakash always made sure our room was perfect and he was extremely welcoming. Truly everyone was so welcoming and kind. Congratulations to the management team for putting together such a great staff.

I was thoroughly surprised by the whole experience - stayed at a number of hotels in India and this was by far the best experience I have had I would like to especially give a mention to Ching and Aarti on the front desk who helped me with anything I needed, Bhupender who whenever we came downstairs was always courteous and asked how me and my father were getting on and finally Sonuiddeen who would help me get my coffee fix and on the last day when I wasn't well gave me some items at breakfast that brought me back to life! The only place I will be looking to stay when next in Delhi and highly recommend this property

This 2nd time we have stayed it was best hotel delhi and exceptional service by the all the staff at The Claridges. Also unexpected upgrade to a supreme room which was amazing and beautiful [only thing the room needed is a long mirror] Plus toilets near the pool. Our family stayed there for six nights and loved it. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel has some delicious restaurants. Our son got Delhi belly after playing Holi with some family members and getting sprayed in the face with hose water. We were able to order some specific food that he needed at The Claridges to help his stomach with no problem. They are happy to accommodate. We will definitely stay there again.

Ching the Duty Manager is incredible. She is definitely the go-to person to make your stay at the Claridges a wonderful one. So friendly and helpful. The Claridges feels like a private oasis in a very busy capitol.

The Claridges staff despite being under a lot of pressure this week because of the AI Summit very busy time in Delhi kept the smile and the great welcome. I didn’t get her name but the Asian girl at the reception was very helpful, Yogesh the chauffeur was amazing and very helpful in all my transportation needs and the room was always well maintained by Arvinder! I recommend this classy and very well styled hotel. All the staff was very helpful and courteous.

spotless room, excellent staff keep this hotel wonderful. Breakfast was also wonderful. however, some of the restaurants in the evening were a bit lacking on service. The Italian/European restaurant was also excellent. We really enjoyed this restaurant the service was much better. There are many extra charges on every restaurant meals(Delhi taxes and service charges etc) so it is expensive for what you get. Our room, had what can only be described as a pretend window. Curtains but no window. It was very small for two people with luggage, but everything in it was to a very high standard. I think this room had just been re-done and it was nice - so we did just try to enjoy it. Overall we did enjoy our stay but I would think twice about returning and maybe try somewhere else.
