전반적으로 깔끔하고 가격 대비 시설이 매우 좋았습니다. 택시로 근처 관광명소를 이동하기에는 좋은 위치이지만, 걸어서 이동할 정도는 아닌 것 같아요

Overall very satisfactory (room, staff service, and restaurants). The neighborhood is calm and safe, but mainly because the hotel is surrounded by foreign embassies (ie, no shop within walking distance). My only complaint is about the swimming pool: very good, but closes too early (6pm), considering the indescribably hot summer in Delhi.

The service was exceptional. Staff was available to address any concerns including room cleaniness.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. I arrived at the airport at 1am and a hotel representative was waiting with a sign and promptly lead me to the driver. The driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. The check-in was smooth and I was given the most beautiful room with a huge closet and a clean well-stocked bathroom. The next day, I had the best massage of my life at the spa, where you’re given a huge suite for your treatments (large heated tub, shower, and bathroom). Every member of staff is so helpful and welcoming. I’m already trying to book another room for Christmas as I can’t stop thinking about this beautiful hotel!

Flew in from Chicago, the hotel manager greeted me at the airport before I took my shuttle. Staff was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout. Loved my stay!

Huge huge breakfast menu from full English continental to dosa’s! (the idly samba, donuts and cold coffee was great!) The bakery was excellent as were the 3 restaurant choices. Under 8’s can’t go to the Thai restaurant but as the kids wanted pizza from the Italian and we wanted Indian from the Dhaba restaurant they allowed pizza to be bought into the Indian restaurant. Room service was excellent as was the car service. Couldn’t fault anything. Staff were lovely and gave little teddy’s to the kids as well. We booked a room with one gigantic bed for the 4 of us (5yr old and 10yr old) but my 10 year old daughter wanted her own bed and they provided a spare bed instantly. Overall our experience was just brilliant. Khan market is literally 5 mins away and Connaught place also very close maybe 10 minutes. So plenty of shops and food nearby.

The room was spotless. Bhupender, Ali, Dungra and Divya were amazing and ever so helpful. Front desk; Ching and Karan were always smiling and ready to help At the dinning room for breakfast, Zhou was exceptional. At the Dhaba, Rohit (manager) went over and beyond) Amazing time at the Claridges and we will definitely come again

Very well maintained hotel and baggage handler

The hotel is designed and curated beautifully. The staff from check in to concierge but particularly the in-room dining team is to be applauded. Murtaza- I hope I remember the name correctly from the inroom dining team is the kind of customer service person that people should strive for. Even though I asked for supper on an unrelated issue, he did not pass the problem to someone else but stayed on until resolved. The best in class in customer service.

Five star hotel,five star service,five star restaurants =five star experience

The staff was helpful and considerate and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The concierge was very efficient and assisted us with all of our travel and general questions. The room was clean and lovely.

This hotel does not deserve a five star rating. The room and overall look was tired. No attention was given to room plug points not working, bathroom vanity mirror light wasn’t working. Bathroom looked tired and in need of renovation. Hotel car was old and didn’t give the executive feel. Only good thing about this hotel was it’s staff, they were super helpful and courteous

Went in to take shower and there was no towels in the bathroom

Unfortunately the scandalous bar prices meant it was better for us to eat out, paying for food and drinks rather than pay for the drinks only in the hotel restaurant. This fact was sadly reflected by the low customer numbers at dinner time in the Lutyens restaurant. This was a shame as the food was excellent. Surely a reduction in the astronomical alcohol prices would result in a more economical business balance for the hotel too with a higher table uptake?

The dining options is the main attraction as well as the look and feel of the building. However the room we got had a very small and dated bathroom in need of complete renovation.
