Cannot fault this hotel, even if you wanted to! Not ultra modern but With the historical & heritage importance, design , ambience with excellent service, location & restaurants, this is THE place to be in Delhi. Loved the spa, garden area & pool too👌

Loved the ambience, location, room comfort and decor and the food at Imperial. This place is simply like staying in a historic museum surrounded by incredible curation of artifacts. The staff is friendly right from greeting you at the airport and throughout your stay. It is now my top recommendation for anyone who is visiting Delhi and wants to explore various important spots, everything is within 20 to 30 minutes by auto/car. Great walkability to nearby cottage emporium and janpath market and for the walkers, India Gate is walkable too (about 40 minutes). I hope to be back someday.

Fabulous location. Markets and shops all safely walkable just outside the hotel. Very safe for solo female travellers.

This is my favorite hotel of all times. Not only do the staff make me feel like I have come home each time I stay it is one of the best located city hotels with the most beautiful swimming pool and wonderful out door space.

This hotel is always a pleasure to visit. It is beautiful, the staff, is lovely, and the food is excellent. The architecture and interior design are excellent and they have a very interesting gift shop as well. It is a historic place hotel, and in my opinion the best place to stay in Delhi if one wants old world flavour!

The Imperial is a unique institution, almost a destination rather than a hotel. It is beautiful and its superb art and artifact collection sets it apart from any other hotel we have ever experienced. The staff and concierge are extremely attentive and all our requests were met promptly and with great care. If I have one minor complaint, it is about service in the dining room (1911), which tends to be a little unsystematic though very attentive when someone is actually looking.

We had 3weeks travelling India & this was our last two nights stay. The most expensive hotel room, but we knew we would be using more of the hotels facilities. However the Italian restaurant was nice service ok but not like other hotels. The spice room was disappointing. All wine choices in both restaurants & both bars the same!!! My breakfast table was dirty this morning.

Great hotel
Service friendly and of a high standard
Really enjoyed pool area even though weather a little chilly. Pool was heated though. Good gym. Only tried one restaurant which was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. The promised one way airport complimentary transport was also ready and waiting.
