Not enough staff at the check in station. At 4:30pm, staff at front desk says "Let's hope your room is ready" booked for 3 people, room only had been set up for 2 people. After nearly 4hrs and 2 face to face encounters at the front desk to get a rollaway bed in the room, I had to wait at the front desk so this action could take place. Iron that was provided stuck to clothing. Balcony door wouldn't lock or close, so whenever anyone open the room door the balcony door would open by itself. The technician did say he would bring a key and it didn't happen. No hand towels provided in bathroom. Tv reception quite poor quality. Room door was very loud to close and lock. Hotel needs a renovation and the right staff/communication
