When we first arrived at the hotel, we were not confident because we were riding motorbikes. When we booked on the application, we did not expect the hotel to be this big. When we entered the lobby, we were greeted very friendly and received a detailed explanation from the FO about the hotel facilities. The room facilities are excellent. The atmosphere is calm. Each room seems to have a back terrace. From my room 101 there is an exit access door which turns out to be the hotel mosque. Special! If there is an award for a family-friendly hotel, the Zamzam hotel is the champion! In every part of the hotel, it is very friendly for children to the elderly. If there are stairs, either large or small, there must be a handrail. In the bathroom, there is also a handrail on the toilet and shower. The swimming pool is also clean and safe because the children's and adult pools are separated. The breakfast provided is also special, the tastes of children to the elderly are available deliciously. The hotel staff are very friendly every time they meet, they always greet us. The best family-friendly hotel. Recommended

The room was clean, and my room request via chat was well-received. The breakfast menu was varied, and it was close to the Angkut Museum, Jatim Park 1, and Durian Fantasy. It was absolutely fantastic.
