Night view from Amarta Hills, staycation experience was amazing. Very recommended.

The experience was top notes! Hotel is very clean from the room to all around outside, the cleaning staff was continue to do their job at needed, very responsible. The receiptionist was also eager to help and made customers feel comfortable and welcomed. The food considered good (as a regular visitor to Batu Area, I must say much of food business there have lower quality and taste compare to Malang, but here in Golden Tulip the taste and quality quite satisfying, but I wish the breakfast varieties could improved). It is worth to have my Birthday Trip with family here, very beautuful memories.

Staff very friendly and very quick response when we ask for extra bed in the room. We will stay again next time when we come to batu. Thank you for the service and facilities

The reception was good and smooth during check in/out but they forgot about my reservation regarding my noted that we stayed at your property to had a celebration of our wedding anniversary. While we enter a room it 's a unpleasant experience. That the bins at bathroom still dirty and had left over something. I understand that price are matter but while we're talking about standard are more important than what we expect. Hopefully will had some time to trained some of the staff members. Thank in advance.

Cleanliness room so dirty, so disappointed. Bed sheet dirty, bathroom dirty, remote of TV not fuction. Bad experience. Not recommendedat all. Never going back
