A very kids friendly hotel, my kids really like it because it has such a big swimming pool, the room is perfect for a family with 2 kids like me because it has 2 big beds, complete facilities, a good water heater, and a dispenser for refilling drinking water in the hallway, the breakfast is all delicious and very satisfying to eat, next time I go to Batu I have to stay here again because it is that satisfying.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

Here's our experience during our stay at the Kontena Hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get to our room. The hotel's ambiance is pleasant, cool, Japanese-inspired, and clean. The room size and amenities are commensurate with the price. While Kontena is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels, we've found it offers a wide range of amenities. Among them is a kids-friendly swimming pool and a fun playground.

A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Upon entering the elevator, you'll immediately be greeted with a pleasant fragrance. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi with a good connection. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you☺️🙏
