It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. Bringing my family to stay here for my graduation was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Very nice experience, thank you Everyday Smart Hotel Malang.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Malang City and offers easy access to the city center. The rooms and amenities are excellent, and the price is also travel-friendly. One thing that could be improved is the elevator to the hotel rooms, which should be made easier to access. The elevator is still part of the apartment building, so waiting times can be quite long. The friendliness of the security guards also needs improvement, as they are not very informative and their service is very poor. But overall, the hotel is worth it for a 3-day, 2-night vacation in Malang. It can be recommended for comfortable accommodation in Malang.

This was my first and last time staying here. The room wasn't soundproof and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking area. I had a baby with me, and the room next door was incredibly noisy: men screaming, women laughing loudly, and people pushing tables. The door slammed shut. It was incredibly disturbing. If you're bringing a baby or staying in a kid-friendly hotel, I recommend staying here. I deeply regret moving from my previous hotel, even though it was only a few hundred thousand rupiah different in terms of room, amenities, and comfort.
