It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. It's all good... the only thing that's quite annoying is access to the hotel. The hotel is located in the same building as the apartment. The elevators are also combined and there are only two. So you have to wait and take turns with other people. It takes quite a bit of time.

Everything is ok, only the hotel lobby is located inside <you have to take a ticket and go around to the parking lot to get out> and it only fits 1 car so you can't stop for long <unloading stuff>
