I've never regretted staying here, and I'm a regular when I visit Malang. The spacious rooms have an in-room playground and private pool, making it a real treat for all the kids.

The best staycation with family and loved ones, a comfortable, safe and peaceful atmosphere, no disturbances and all the facilities are very comfortable to use.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms and other facilities were excellent. I'll be back for my next staycation.

Nice experience, ample parking even though many people stayed on long weekends, friendly receptionists, comfortable rooms, good views from the rooms, can be city view or mountain view, hopefully the service can be maintained

The hotel is kids-friendly, the kids love it and the parents love it too... You don't have to go anywhere, just being at the hotel is enough to make you happy. So far, the food is also good. A suggestion is, if there is something empty/out of stock, please refill it immediately, Sis. Otherwise, it's good. Thank you.

I had a really great time at the Grand Mercure Hotel. If I were to rate it 10 out of 10, I'd give it a 10. It's top notch.

The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

The hotel staff were all friendly, always greeting everyone whenever they met. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a room with a perfect mountain view. A one-day stay felt inadequate.

Had an issue with my AC in the room, but the staff offered a room change, and it was a quick response. Very professional.

First time coming to Malang and staying here, it gave me a very comfortable overnight experience, starting from the friendly and very good staff service, also the location of the hotel which is very close to the center of Malang, in short, this hotel is highly recommended and also the price is very affordable with such service, it is very satisfying.

Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Upon entering the elevator, you'll immediately be greeted with a pleasant fragrance. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi with a good connection. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you☺️🙏

Staying at Pohon Inn was fun. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The food was delicious, and you could enjoy watching the fish and leopards. The rotating tables made the kids happy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Malang. It's addictive 😊
