The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

The best hotel in the heart of Malang. Very easy to reach, lots of entertainment and food vendors at night. Just walk to Kayutangan to find entertainment and typical Malang snacks. Surprisingly, for such a cheap room rate, the breakfast is very complete and delicious. Each room has a Smart TV, so you can watch Netflix, Disney+, etc. One of the BEST hotels in MALANG.

A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.

My first experience staying in a capsule room at Java Boutique Hotel, and it was surprisingly comfortable! Although we shared a room, the area was clean and quiet.
