The hotel staff were all friendly, always greeting everyone whenever they met. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a room with a perfect mountain view. A one-day stay felt inadequate.

The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

Whiz Prime Hotel Basuki Rahmat Malang was perfect for me. The location was ideal with many fantastic restaurants and places to see nearby. Seriously... this hotel is truly comfortable for a staycation. From getting out of the car to checking out, the service is extraordinary. This hotel is very child and family friendly. The food is also really delicious. Bonus: getting such a beautiful view from the 10th floor 😭🫶🏼 I'll be back again.

Highly recommended. Although it's an older hotel, I understand the amenities, but the service is excellent. There's a welcome drink and snacks, and free ice cream. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. Absolutely the best.
