The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the security also did a great job. I could do early check-in by request and they really realized it. And about the room? Oh, look at the view, I stayed in the room with mountain view in 9th floor, and the scenery was amazing. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean. The bed was also nice to sleep in, neat, and clean. It was such a wonderful experience to stay at 101. Thank you 101 ^^

I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights, it was amazing. The service was excellent, the hotel staff was friendly. The room was always clean and tidy. The hotel is in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable. The price is affordable. I give it 8 thumbs up, combined with my husband's thumbs up.. hahaha.. A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.

Staying here overnight really gave you a Javanese feel. From the hallway, you're greeted by the detailed wooden gebyok carvings, the red tile roof, and the exposed brickwork. The traditional feel is strong, yet it's clean and tidy. The semi-open hallway is cool, with tables and chairs for relaxing in the afternoon. The room is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Perfect for those who miss classic Javanese ambiance but don't want the hassle. I'll be back again if I ever come back to Malang.
