the location is perfect for those who want to go to Ancol.. I myself stayed here because I wanted to watch a concert at Ancol.. finding food is not difficult..

Not worth renting. Please rate from the photos I uploaded. The bed is not worth it, the curtains are broken, there are lots of cockroaches, baby cockroaches and their eggs. Waiting for check in for a long time until the room's washbasin is broken so instead of resting, we have to work together to clean the flooded water from the washbasin. Fix it before renting it, don't be cruel to you guys!!

Critical! Message on the application how come it was transferred to Travelio. The unit is not feasible, lots of cockroaches, the air conditioner is very hot and the room smells of cigarettes, dirty floors are not maintained. After years of using the new application, this time Travelio transferred. Really disappointing. Yes, slow slow response, the operation staff is not polite and just hand over the key for 4 and a half hours, the customer is left waiting until past midnight.

Live chat dan staff operasional Travelio sangat slow respon sehingga check in terlambat 30 menit. Fasilitas di unit tidak lengkap: tidak ada handuk, sarung bantal, dispenser. Fasilitas rusak: AC di kamar tidak dingin dan bau, AC di ruang tengah netes-netes, roll kabel tidak berfungsi. Lokasi tidak strategis, susah cari atau beli makan. Secara keseluruhan sangat menyesal menginap di sini, sangat tidak recommended 👎🏽.

Unit kurang bersih, seperti tidak terawat. Kontak Travelionya sangat susah, dijelaskan hanya sepotong-sepotong. Di aplikasi ditulis check in jam 14.00, tapi ternyata baru bisa jam 15.00. Modem untuk wifi tidak diberikan sampai check out.
