room service and everything is very good, but the food is not very good in terms of taste, fried rice lacks flavor, chicken noodles are like indomie. Hopefully it can be improved in the future like when I stayed here at the end of last year

The room is too small and the bed is very uncomfortable without a bed for that price. It is quite expensive. And the food, drinks like coffee are not good. Breakfast before 10 am is finished. So you have to have breakfast outside even though you have paid including breakfast. Very bad

There are blood stains on the bed protector, the cleanliness of the laundry needs to be checked again or even checked at the laundry or not. There are also dried hardened liquid spots on the blanket. Microwave access is only on the 3rd floor, when you get a room on a floor other than the 3rd floor, access is difficult. It would be better to put the microwave in a place that anyone can access.

We are truly sorry to learn that there were some things that were not pleasing during your visit, especially regarding the condition of the bed protector and blanket which were found to be in an unsuitable condition. This is clearly not the standard we expect, and we have followed up on this with the housekeeping and laundry teams to be checked and repaired immediately. Regarding the microwave facility, we understand that limited access only on the 3rd floor can be difficult for guests staying on other floors. This input means a lot to us, and will be taken into consideration in improving the facilities in the future so that they can be more evenly distributed and easily accessible to all guests.
