All staff are friendly. Very strategic location, very close to Grand City, so while guarding the exhibition you won't be confused about being late looking for a vehicle, near Gubeng station. Clean rooms, complete amenities, bathroom, wifi, AC, everything works well. Bed, towels all clean, fragrant. The breakfast menu has quite a variety, the taste is quite good.

The staff is friendly, just a little lacking in appearance, the cleanliness is quite good, the security guard is missing because the lobby is on the 2nd floor, if the front security guard is missing, it's confusing to ask where to check, the location is very strategic, on the edge of the station mall, close to the city, the wifi is lacking because if you want to connect to the TV, the internet doesn't always access it, for cleanliness, there are quite a lot of stains on the walls and glass that are difficult to remove, then there are also lots of stains on the glasses

The room was quite spacious. It's just a bit airtight, but that's okay. There's a restaurant downstairs, and you can have it delivered to your room. There was a kettle, but it still had water left, so it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned.

Check in was a bit complicated, the staff explained too much, my husband and I arrived in the afternoon to rest & had to deposit 300 thousand, even though other hotels no longer require deposits, especially since I have stayed here several times, there must be a history of staying, check out was smooth, without queuing & waiting to check the room, the lobby security guard was very friendly in helping open the door, the cleanliness & tidiness of the bed, especially the bedsheets, had stains, should be improved. Security is ok because elevator access uses a card & detection according to our room, breakfast is delicious & there are many choices. For those who ride motorbikes, parking is safe, because there is a separate place & the door is locked. slow wifi.

I've stayed here twice, yesterday I chose a family squad room for 2 adults, 3 children aged 4-15 years. still quite spacious. Minus a wardrobe, quite expensive deposit, and very few tissues in the room. for the others it's still OK. not confused about finding food, there is a place to eat downstairs, on the left there is geprek, on the right is grand city mall, behind there is a food court.. everywhere is close, can view the city streets.. really cool

for the room, it's quite good and not too spacious. still enough for prayer space. all bedding and bathroom equipment are still freshly washed. the bathroom is clean. the AC works well, although it turns off by itself several times (as if set by the timer from the hotel).
