the staff is friendly and understanding. Got a unit on the rooftop, but it's still fun because it doesn't feel stuffy + the air circulation is spacious. The bed is clean (at most a little dust) and is also cleaned because it won't make you itchy (for me). The bathroom is nice and not stuffy either (maybe because it's on the rooftop and there's ventilation). Can be a subscription if you have an agenda around the city center. The point is, adjust your expectations to the price. But for my experience, for cleanliness, access, service and comfort, it's very sufficient and worthy of being a place to stay again in the future. thank you

The experience at Awal Checkinn was actually very annoying,... I arrived at the hotel at 10.00, understandably, I couldn't check in yet.. because it had to be at 14.00, so the mosque was getting ready for Friday prayers. At 13.50.. I asked the staff again... can I check in yet?? He firmly answered.. I had to wait at 2 o'clock sharp before I could... oh my God... only 10 minutes short.... how come there's no discretion... even though I was staying for 3 nights. and the last night I checked out at 22.45 because I had to go to the airport... well.. there was still time left around 14 hours for Checkout time.., but for the others I think it's good, the location and facilities are okay

The admin staff was unfriendly, I wanted to take a shower but the water was off. The bathroom lights were hard to turn on, and the electricity suddenly went out, and the token ran out at dawn. The place was dirty and smelly.

The hotel staff assisted with luggage transfers and baggage security. The restroom's cleanliness needs further attention, as the shower stall didn't drain, and the bucket and toiletries were dirty and never cleaned. So I had to use a glass when showering.

In this case, I'm providing a review to improve service, both from the hotel's human resources and operations. HR/Admin: During my late check-in, the admin didn't understand and insisted, although they eventually understood and apologized. What should have been a 100,000 charge was now 25,000 after I read the rules carefully. Furthermore, the way they answered questions via text was very unfriendly. Please help fix this. Room Condition Very different from the picture. It wasn't clean, there was no trash can, and many items were inoperable/broken, and the smell was unpleasant.
