The receptionist was 24-hour, I checked in at 1 a.m., there’s a staff standby. The location was great, near MRT, KRL, and airport train station. The room was large and clean. Modern style too, it’s a new hotel. I got a high floor room with a city view, which was great. The breakfast was tasty and had many varieties of dishes.

Very pleasant stays in the heart of Jakarta! I got the 8th floor with city view, such a beautiful landscape from the window. Facilities were great. Decent breakfast located in J. Co Reserve with proper choices of a la carte menu. Staff were very warm and helpful. Room was pretty spacious and very clean, with complete amenities supplies. Will come back again for the next stay. The staff is truly TOP. From check-in to check-out, all the staff, including the security, were kind and friendly. I stayed during New Year's, December 31st-January 1st, so it was very busy. The restaurant staff kindly explained that breakfast had been moved upstairs for everyone's convenience. And I was happy to have that conversation. I also forgot to put my husband's clothes in the closet yesterday, and they left them behind. I contacted the front desk and was asked to wait for confirmation while they checked. The staff was really nice, my leftover items were stored well and returned to me in good condition. Thank you all, my family and I were really happy and had a very good impression during our stay there 🙏
