Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

The room is small but very cozy and comfortable, the windows are like occupying 90% of the whole wall (because I stayed at the corner room though) and that makes sightseeing through the city satisfying. I can see the Bunderan HI clearly, the busy road, the mesmerizing city lights, it's truly the heart of the town experience just by staying at my room. The malls are around the corner, very near to reach just by walking. The facility is great, too. Comfortable bed. Comfy swivel chair and sofa. Nice hot water and many sizes of towels available. Thank you.

I used public transport to reach this establishment from and to the airport. It was really convenient. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staffs were helpful and I get to keep my luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out time. Thank you, Four Points!

Security at the drop off lobby was really complicated. Wanting to check in the car, I couldn't valet it first, like, try to be more initiative. Got a room with a giant column blocking the view. Even though it was only a 1 night transit. It's a shame to use the "Sheraton" branding.

New Year's Eve here, it was fun to walk to the HI roundabout to see the fireworks, the friendliness of the staff is top notch👍especially the staff at the restaurant & receptionist, the food variations are not many but they all taste delicious, there is ice cream too, the room is comfortable with a nice view, I want to stay here again sometime

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is also comfortable..it's just a shame that it's not soundproof and when I stayed on 23-26 Dec 2024, it was under renovation so there were quite a lot of knocking sounds😁..the food is standard..

When we came to the hotel and check for the bathroom, we found small hairs on WC, so we called the Front desk to clean it. And the staff really quick in handle this discomfort. Please keep up the good work and please do deep clean for the room especially bathroom for the next guest.

A night stay for transit … unfortunately the sound from main road was disturbing 😩 though hotel provided ear plug (this can not be for such 😬). Other than that was OK 👍.
