If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to Ashley. The service was absolutely amazing. The receptionist, Saskia, was very humble and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, fragrant, and close to everything. Especially at night, the vibe is so beautiful, seeing Jakarta!

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff.
The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station.
Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️👍

Hotel Horison Ultima Menteng provides a very satisfying stay. The breakfast is impressive, offering a wide variety—from coffee and herbal tea to Indonesian soups, nasi campur, and other local delicacies. I initially planned to stay for only one night, but after enjoying such an excellent breakfast, I decided to extend my stay for another day. Truly a worthwhile experience.

Stay for one night from Palembang before back to Surabaya. The hotel is close to Gambir Station, only about 10 - 15 minutes in the morning (before traffic jam hours begin). The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and street food stalls.
There are many taxis near the hotel if you need it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Horison Arcadia Wahid Hasyim hotel. Good hotel, good and nice location, good & competitive prices, friendly staff. Thanks

My husband and family's favorite hotel. We like to book loft rooms because they have a reception area, a dining area, and a small pantry. Breakfast is varied and representative, especially if you have appointments at the restaurant. The staff knows their guests well. There's always a welcome fruit in the room upon check-in. The laundry service is also good for the price.

The hotel staff are all friendly, greeted with smiles, greetings & good attitude starting from entering the parking lot, continuing into the clean & fragrant room, cool AC & water heater is also great, strategic area close to important places such as eateries, coffee shops, hospitals, stations, travel buses, even not far from the police station. My stay here was excellent; the room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the city center and there are plenty of food vendors nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Central Jakarta.
