I'm so satisfied staying here... This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍. It was a pleasant experience staying overnight here. The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.

Always stay here. The hotel location is very strategic. The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff are all friendly. The receptionist is friendly and very helpful 👍🏻. The bed in the hotel room is soft, the AC is cold. The toilet is clean. The hotel lobby has many spots for photos because it is aesthetic and beautiful. Really highly recommended.
