Overall good stay. The room was well cleaned and the place was well equipped with decent security. Facilities are also good. My only critique would be that the AC could be colder/quicker to reach minimum temperature.

The AC isn't cold enough. For the price, I think there's still a lot of room for improvement. As for breakfast, even if it's delivered to your room, try not to use Styrofoam.

Overall, it was good: the room was comfortable and cool, and the service was prompt (there was a problem with the shower jet, which was immediately fixed). The only downside is that it's close to the train tracks, which can be a bit distracting.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor from the drain that made the bathroom smell, the water from the bidet also smelled, I don't know why. Check out was at 11:00 and an hour before there was a knock on the door to ask if we wanted to continue or not. It seemed like we were really rushed to check out even though we could only start checking in at 2:00 PM. Yes, they know they wanted to clean the room, but they could have knocked at 10:50, there was no need for a knock an hour before just to confirm whether we wanted to continue or not. Lastly, the AC in my room (2nd floor) leaked suddenly at night, something came out. This is just a minor complaint, maybe it just needs regular maintenance. Overall, this hotel is okay, the staff is friendly and communicative, but what is worth noting is that the management has set a rule for check out at 11 and knocking on the room door an hour before.
