It's our 3rd time staying here, we stayed at grand deluxe room. Front desk staff at the check in and check out process were very efficient and nice. I asked for the birthday decoration in the room for my daughter at check in time (last minute) and she was so kind to follow it up. The room is still spacious with extra bed, very clean and comfortable. Many choices of breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Overall is excellent

Pertama kalinya menginap di Pullman Hotel Thamrin Jakarta Indonesia, walaupun untuk waktu yang singkat tapi saya sangat puas dengan pelayanannya, para staff yang saya temui sangat ramah dan sangat membantu padahal saya check in terlambat tapi mereka tetap mau membantu untuk menerima titipan barang-barang untuk saya yang terlebih dahulu sampai di hotel. Room yang saya pesan juga rapi, bersih, dan sangat nyaman. Semua fasilitas tersedia lengkap. Next time jika ada waktu untuk berkunjung ke Jakarta lagi saya akan kembali menginap di sini.

I stayed at Pullman for its strategic location, around Bundaran HI. Stayed in a room with city view (Halte Bundaran HI), it was a nice and different experience as I expected. Breakfast was also nice with various different choices of cuisines: western, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian and few others.

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

Two of the staff members who handled the check-out were not friendly at all. I accidentally gave two cards: one was the hotel room key, and the other was not a hotel card. When I arrived at my car, I checked my wallet and realized that one of the room key cards was still in my wallet. I returned to the check-out staff, but they could not find my Flazz card. There were more than 20 cards scattered messily on her table. She did not check the cards properly during check-out; she simply received them and placed them on her desk. In addition, the hotel curtains were dirty, which caused the room to smell unpleasant.

The location is excellent, very strategic, close to the busway and MRT stops at Bundaran HI, as well as shopping centers and the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a bit small but clean, and the air conditioning is cool.
