All the staff are very friendly.

The service is quite good, the location is very strategic, the breakfast is very complete.

All the staff are very helpful, it was a very memorable stay here.

Two of the staff members who handled the check-out were not friendly at all. I accidentally gave two cards: one was the hotel room key, and the other was not a hotel card. When I arrived at my car, I checked my wallet and realized that one of the room key cards was still in my wallet. I returned to the check-out staff, but they could not find my Flazz card. There were more than 20 cards scattered messily on her table. She did not check the cards properly during check-out; she simply received them and placed them on her desk. In addition, the hotel curtains were dirty, which caused the room to smell unpleasant.

The TV is old, the AC is noisy and can't be adjusted.

Friendliness and security are ok and close to everywhere

Lovely family staycation. I stayed for a weekend with my kids and they love all the facilities. Food was great too.

The hotel is strategically located. Close to Bundaran HI, with affordable prices.

The location is excellent, very strategic, close to the busway and MRT stops at Bundaran HI, as well as shopping centers and the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are a bit small but clean, and the air conditioning is cool.

Pullman Thamrin is famous with their Sana Sini restaurant and it was the first time I tried it! Superb! Location wise is very good eventho the room size is minimalist but overall was 👌🏻 experience
