I'm so satisfied staying here...
This was my first time staying here, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant waitresses, were friendly and very helpful. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the service is 5-star 😍.
You guys are amazing, I'm so touched 😇 I happen to be a hotel hospitality student, and I've learned a lot from the friendliness of the staff here. The rooms are all clean and tidy, and the food is also really delicious. Thank you guys, keep up the good work 🥰

The room was quite large for a standard room, the bed and bathroom were clean, and there was an iron. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly. Check-in was assisted by the afternoon shift lady on February 7, 2026. She was very friendly and spoke very professionally. The other team members also greeted us as we passed through the lobby. The initial experience was very satisfying, and the rest was in line with the quality of the hotel throughout our stay. Very exceptional service and hotel quality.

It was a pleasant experience staying overnight here. The location is strategic (in front of the Transjakarta bus stop), and it's surrounded by food vendors ranging from street food to well-known restaurants. I really liked the ambiance of the room. Although small, the hotel has arranged everything well so it doesn't feel cramped. The choice of furnishings and design also made me feel very comfortable in the room. I would choose this hotel if I were to stay in the Matraman area.

I spent almost 2 weeks at Daun Residence and absolutely loved it. The room was perfect—comfy, cozy, and just what I needed. The big TV with Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day.
