I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

This hotel is one of the hidden gems of 5 star hotel in Jakarta. The hotel itself are a bit classical modern in design, you have parking lots at the basement, security is great, location is strategic, and the service is awesome. You can get lost pretty easily in this hotel, because of its shaped like a maze, but once you go around couple of times, it should be fine. The food in this hotel's great, although the in room dining is a bit expensive, but the taste are very good. It's room are one of the highlights, its very clean, comfortable, and they provided every amenities that's supposed to be there, or you can ask them to provide you with anything you need. Overall, for its price and its stars, this is one of the best hotels for you to stay because of its features that rivals any 5 star hotels in Jakarta. I will stay here over couple of hotels because I love the hotel!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. Daffa, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He made the check-in process smooth and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. 10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

it's seems like hotel with not maintained well. There is no air fresher , the room was dirty, like it is not cleared enough. All element on the room was old generation, like fridge, AC, toilet, bathtub, even the bad was not clear tho.
The TV was not work at my room. The Air was terribly bad and smelly.
