It's a recommended budget hotel stay in the middle of the boutique mall, culinary & Taman Ismail Marzuki art performance district in Central Jakarta's upper market neighbourhood. The Check-in process at around 7 PM on April 23'22 was quick, easy & pleasant, many thanks to Mr Dony the on-duty Front Officer for his very attentive attitude, giving me extra amenities-slipper, and toothbrushes, toothpaste - at my earlier booking request when I reserved the room with the app. Mr Doni tried his best to meet my request for a clean, non-smoking room on a higher floor with cool functioning air-conditioning, clean bed settings, well-functioning hot water shower & WC (it's great that the hotel provides a separate area for WC & shower facilities in a limited room space at room # 4011, though they don't provide bath & shampoo gels), free in-room wifi cable TV, internationally standard bed mattress, so we, I and my elder sister could sleep well after driving a car from out of town with a lot of activities. The hotel didn't provide an electric kettle with tea, and coffee facilities for a Standard Room, though they give 2 bottles of drinking water in the room, so I've prepared for it by buying my in-room supplies at the nearby mini markets. The hotel is also providing an attached bridge entrance to the Menteng Huis boutique mall just beside its location. Breakfast food was quite great serving various menus from desserts like cereals, bread, traditional cookies, steamed sweet potatoes & corn, dates, fruits, juices, coffee & tea, up to the main menu like pasta, breaded chicken/fish, sauteed vegetables, fried kwetiau, porridge, sweet hot soup etc. But you'd better have an early breakfast (7 AM or so), otherwise would run out of food supply due to Sahur fasting, the earlier dining season. I got all the above facilities with free breakfast at a quite great rate of below IDR 350k, so what more can you ask 👍🤗. Many thanks to the app & Whiz Cikini Hotel. Keep up the good service!

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Room are spacious and the sofa would be my favorite spot for reading book or even for working🥰. NOTE: you want this room? room is good but need more focuse on maintenance small things, like defects in the bathroom in the bathroom, and the TV channels quality need more improvement, it's almost budget hotel but you have facilities, and I believe your hotel can improve more than this, overall the hotel is good the facility is good and the room is very comfy, but please focus on the defects

The WiFi is so bad that it turn off the connection automatically. The bathtub is also bad. We cannot close the hole with the knob at all. So the water still leakage and we cannot use the bathtub at all.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Room was comfortable. The staff are super helpful. Shout out to Reva and Dicky at the front office, excellent service!
Only 1 minus, I requested to borrow their iron in the morning, they say I must wait as it’s also used by other guest. Waited for almost 2 hours but it never came then I decided to leave with greasy clothes ☹️ as I was running late for my appointment.
