I stayed here from 8-16 April 2026, and had nothing to complain about. The room was clean & neat, the music was soft & sound, and of course the food especially - wow it was amazeeeng!! All gratitude I would like to express is all staff was good & friendly, from the lobby, reception, restaurant, even the staffs of housekeeping. They welcomed and greeted me like buddy with fully smiling face. Thank you for making me feeling homey & safe. Sure, I will come back again.

This is my third time staying at the Shangri-La. My first two visits were many years ago, yet the hotel’s standards haven't wavered; true to its name, it consistently delivers a five-star experience.
The hospitality is top-notch and the breakfast spread is incredibly diverse. While the exterior has an 'old-fashioned' look, it retains a timeless 'old money' elegance that is still very comfortable. The highlight for me, however, is definitely the swimming pool—especially the kids' pool area, which is simply the best!
