The hotel staff is very friendly. Good service, in short. They also helped with moving from room to room. The service is very optimal, top notch 👍. The room and hotel are also clean, there is a place for coffee/breakfast. Close to BNI City station. If you want to go anywhere, there are also many fleets like Grab and others. I highly recommend to all my friends to choose Studio One Hotel if you are in Central Jakarta 👌🥳

Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here if I go to Jakarta again. Comfortable, clean, and safe. Close to shopping centers, the MRT, LRT, KRL, and TJ. Overall, I highly recommend it. However, the check-out time is limited to 12:30 PM, and no later than that, as there will be an additional charge. But overall, I like it and highly recommend it.

Bad experience. My wife was treated inappropriately by the staff for a small misunderstanding regarding payment. I have never seen a hotel judge people like they're small and of low standard. Hospitality at its best. Please make sure to check your bookings so that you don't get judged so low by the staff as if you can't afford the hotel itself.
