It's perfect for those who prefer quiet, thanks to its serene and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms also come with a refrigerator and a heater for brewing tea and coffee. The bathrooms also have a water heater and a smartwatch, highly recommended.

A very recommended place to spend anything travelling purpose. I loved the deluxe room, so homey and comfort. I loved pool area that opposite with cafe and resto. I loved the staff who very kind and smart to serve us. And thank you so much for the awesome surrprissed on my special birthday. Lovely room and birthday cake are the captured of their kindness to every customer. Thank You Aloravilla. Will be back when we go to Lombok later.

Hotel super nuevo en la zona de Senggigi. Los bungalows están completamente equipados y son muy espaciosos. Zona silenciosa y agradable. El hotel está muy bien cuidado y la piscina está muy bien, muy tranquila. El personal es super amable y servicial, hablan bastante inglés. El manager, Giovanni está para ayudar con cualquier gestión o recomendación que necesites. Al llevar poco tiempo abierto de momento le falta algún detalle como la señalización en la carretera, el taxista se perdió al llevarnos allí.

The atmosphere is comfortable, but there's no cafe/restaurant or swimming pool, which needs more attention. But overall... it's recommended for families. Oh yeah, the ban on grilling should be reviewed, as grilling is almost a must for family gatherings. If you're worried about the wooden rooms, just enforce the rules, such as no grilling in the room, but you can do it in front of the room. Sorry, but one more thing, clean the fish pond. It's a shame the fish are so good, but dirty. Thanks, Aloravilla...

Sepanjang trip di Lombok, terdapat beberapa hotel yang mempunyai sarung bantal / bedsheet yang tidak dicuci dan berbau serta toilet yang kurang bersih. Ini salah satunya. Pencahayaan / lampu juga bisa ditambah baik di kawasan kamar dan persekitaran luar. Untung cuma digunakan selama 1 malam (tempoh check in hingga check out cuma 10 jam) jadi kami bisa bertahan dalam situasi tersebut.

Averagely, I love the place. Close to the main road and easy access to anywhere. The hotel location is great. Inside is also great, the thing that made me really upset was the towels provided by the hotel. I do apologize for taking photo of those two towels provided by them. It’s not even properly to use but still put in the powder room for the guest. The towels were both torn but were still provided in the room. What a disappointment. Thank you and I hope that they could provide the toiletries properly in the future.

Worst bungalow ever. We departed one night early because the place was so dirty. Mold on the bed sheet is just one example. We asked for a refund of the last night, which was sadly declined. Never again. The area around the hotel was not worth a visit.
