The room was quite hot because the AC was faulty and couldn't be lowered. The toilet was still lacking in cleanliness, and some amenities hadn't been replaced. The room was okay, with complete amenities, and an iron was available in every room. Hopefully, the service and amenities can be improved.

This is my first time staying here... the check-in service was slow, when I arrived to check in I wasn't served immediately, instead I was told to wait, I waited for an hour and was ignored, when I asked for it, I was served, it was a bit disappointing... the bathroom amenities were not available, the hot water in the bathroom didn't work...
It was only helped by the cleanliness of the room and the delicious taste of the breakfast.. the rest was disappointing and needs more attention.
