The price is high but the facilities are lacking. The parking area is uncomfortable and unsanitary. The elevator entry from the parking area is dirty, like a rice paddy field, full of dirt from shoes and sandals. The rooms smell a bit damp. Facilities for seniors, such as the pool area, are not permitted to be smoke-free by law. Ashtrays are provided at each table, which is very unsuitable for pregnant or young customers, as well as for passive smokers.

This hotel is located in downtown Bekasi, near the toll gate and the Bekasi City Center mall. Unfortunately, we only checked into our room after 3 PM, even though we'd been at the hotel since 2 PM. It wasn't busy at all.

The swimming pool's cleanliness is very poor. The water appears dirty, the bathroom glass is covered in mold, and the hallway in front of the elevator is unclean and appears poorly maintained. We urge hotel management to maintain the hotel's facilities and cleanliness, considering this is a 4-star hotel. However, we have no complaints about room cleanliness. The hospitality is also excellent.
