The room is very spacious and you can tell it must have been beautiful at some point. However, it feels neglected and left to abandonment. The biggest issue was the strong mold smell—it was overwhelming and gave me severe headaches. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even stay for the two nights I had booked because of this. It’s a shame, as the potential is definitely there, but maintenance and air quality need urgent attention.

I stayed here for two days. - The bespectacled cleaning staff didn't knock or ring the bell, but opened the door with their card. I also immediately complained to the receptionist about the soup. - The food and breakfast were very poor and had no flavor. - The bathroom was poorly maintained. - The sheets were stained. + The room was large and the TV was a smart TV.

we booked the hotel because it's a branch hotel and the one in our city was pretty nice. but this hotel is very rundown. you can see that it isn't well maintained, dirty, and dusty. I feel itchy sleeping in the bed and there are many stains in bed and sofa. the shower is rusty and they forget our bath mat so we have to call to get them.

Generally, the room and hotel were good for the price, but there are several areas that need improvement. The location was fine. However, on the first day I arrived, there was no staff around except the receptionist. When he saw me getting out of the car and struggling with my luggage, he did not offer any assistance and instead pretended not to notice while using his phone. I was also quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. The hot water was not functioning, so I had to shower with cold water, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, needed better cleaning, and the room floor was noticeably dusty. Overall, cleanliness and service really need to be improved.
