The hotel was nice, the room was spacious, the toilet was clean, there was a bathtub and the hot water worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. But I couldn't find a parking space, so I parked my car in front.

Location near the exit of the Bali Mandara Nusa Dua toll gate. Very near to ITDC. Have to improve on the cleanliness of the hotel area. Easy to find parking in the back side of the hotel. Generally, I enjoy staying here.

The spoons/forks are the same as in the stalls, the towels are dirty and unusable, the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, the sheets are dirty.

Mungkin Hotel ini bagus pada zamannya, sekarang sudah tua dan banyak fasilitas yang berkarat dan rusak. Keran air rusak, kasur kotor, gorden rusak, sesuai harganya deh serasa bintang 3 ga layak disebut bintang 4. Semua fasilitas tua, berkarat, dan rusak. Pemanas air teko nya rusak.

The room is very spacious and you can tell it must have been beautiful at some point. However, it feels neglected and left to abandonment. The biggest issue was the strong mold smell—it was overwhelming and gave me severe headaches. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even stay for the two nights I had booked because of this. It’s a shame, as the potential is definitely there, but maintenance and air quality need urgent attention.

I stayed here for two days.
- The bespectacled cleaning staff didn't knock or ring the bell, but opened the door with their card. I also immediately complained to the receptionist about the soup.
- The food and breakfast were very poor and had no flavor.
- The bathroom was poorly maintained.
- The sheets were stained.
